Your daily plan consists of tasks, each with an estimated number of Pomodoros (25 minutes of focused work, followed by a 5-minute break).

We recommend limiting your daily plan to 12 Pomodoros (~6.6 hours) to avoid burnout.

After each focus session, you’ll see a Reflection prompt. Mark a task as completed, or keep working if it needs more Pomodoros than estimated.

Anyone looking to enhance productivity, improve time management, and maintain focus on tasks, especially those who struggle with distractions or procrastination, can benefit from the method.

Can I adjust the timing?

Yes, while the standard Pomodoro is 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of break, you can customize the intervals to fit your personal workflow.
